Role Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving sales within the assigned territory. This role requires a proactive individual with a passion for sales and a deep understanding of the glass manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities



Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Conduct on-site visits to prospective and existing clients to present our range of glass products. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the internal team to tailor solutions that meet client specifications. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management. Provide regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis. Attend industry events and trade shows to promote Triple Warm's offerings.

Qualifications and Skills



Proven experience in field sales, preferably within the glass manufacturing industry. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Valid UK driving license.
