We are currently on the hunt for confident Team Leaders who have existing experience working with nicotine / tobacco products to join our team for a high-impact, full-time activation running through November.

Key Activation Details



Training (Mandatory)



Virtual Training Session: w/c?27th?October. The exact date and time are TBC, but attendance is mandatory.

Live Dates & Locations



Dates: Tuesday 3 November - Saturday 29 November (required commitment for every Tuesday - Saturday for this 4-week period) Hours: Shifts will vary (e.g., 10am - 4pm, 11am - 5pm, 12pm - 6pm). A specific weekly schedule will be shared to confirm your exact times. Locations: OX1 1PA, OX11 7ND, OX26 6FA, OX28 4FF You will be expected to rotate between the four locations across the course of the activation, in a pattern of two stores per week (Tuesday - Thursday / Friday - Saturday) A detailed schedule will be shared in advance.

The Role:



This is a high-profile role and needs applicants with certain characteristics and attributes, who can continuously and consistently deliver an exemplary consumer experience, and covert customers to purchase.

This role will require you to work at grocery store retailers to raise awareness / drive trial to qualified / engaged customers. You will work independently and the successful candidate will need to have their own car because some of the locations may be far-reaching, and so access to a car is a must.

You will be based alongside staff in a kiosk, focusing on educating existing smokers and vapers about the product and facilitating product trials. You will refer all sales to the kiosk staff. A huge element of this position will be to build positive and trusting relationships with the kiosk staff.

Existing experience working with nicotine / tobacco products. Experience in face-to-face settings. Exceptional customer service skills. Influential and authentic to the audience. Self-motivated. Happy to work independently. Process-driven. Car owner and driver.

Hours, Pay and Benefits



You will work 5 days per week from Tuesday to Saturday. 7 hour days, working pattern will vary between 10am - 4pm, 11am - 5pm, 12pm - 6pm (but only work 6 live hours - this includes a 6-hour live shift plus 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after for reporting, pack-up, and pack-down.) You will be paid 16 p/h (112 day rate + holiday pay paid at 12.07%), plus up to 15 per day for travel expenses, these are reimbursed on the provision of a valid receipt or paid at 0.45p per mile (capped at 15 per day). You will be paid via PAYE - unfortunately we cannot employ those who are self-employed. Each week you will spend between 2 days in one retailer, and 3 days in another retailer. The geographical spread of the stores may be far-reaching, and so owning a car is a must have for this role. Store Locations: OX1 1PA, OX11 7ND, OX26 6FA, OX28 4FF

Equipment:



You will be responsible for transporting your own kit/equipment to and from the stores each day and for its security outside of work hours throughout the activation.

Expenses & Requirements



Expenses

Travel Contribution: A fixed contribution of up to 15 ?per ?shift towards travel expenses. Mileage: Calculated at 0.45 per mile from your home address to the store address, capped at a maximum of 15 ?per ?shift.

Essential Requirements



You must own a car and be able to drive it to and from your assigned location each day. You must have prior sales experience and direct exposure to nicotine/tobacco products.
