The Role

This is not a high-pressure sales role. It's a mix of relationship management, merchandising, and service-based sales. You'll be the face of DSL for your region -- building trust, solving problems, and ensuring our products look great in-store.

Your responsibilities will include:

Visiting existing customers to check stock, rotate products, and collect returns Ensuring displays are clean, well-presented, and fully stocked Identifying gaps or opportunities to grow each account's product range Building strong relationships with store owners and staff Managing your own route planning and reporting via tablet Maintaining high standards of service and representing DSL professionally

at We're Looking For

3+ years' experience in a customer-facing role (field-based preferred) Full UK driving licence Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and organised, with the ability to manage your own day Basic IT skills - confident using a tablet and Microsoft Office A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer care
