to join our team. This is a

commission-only

opportunity, ideal for entrepreneurial-minded individuals who thrive in a performance-based environment.

You will be responsible for closing leads with sales and educating customers on renewable energy benefits.

Key Responsibilities

Close qualified leads through in-person consultations. Educate homeowners and business owners on renewable energy solutions, financial benefits, and available incentives. Conduct site assessments to evaluate customer needs and tailor solutions. Present proposals, handle objections, and finalise contracts effectively. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Stay up to date on industry trends, product offerings, and local incentives. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications

Proven track record in sales (experience in solar/renewable energy, real estate, insurance, or home improvement sales is a plus). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented. Comfortable working in a

commission-only

structure. Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the assigned territory. Basic understanding of renewable energy is helpful, but full training will be provided.
