Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to negotiate effectively. The Field Sales Representative will work independently in the field, utilising organisational skills to manage their time efficiently and meet targets.

Duties

Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to drive sales. Conduct regular visits to clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable sales. Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to showcase products and services. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional activities. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends using IT systems. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Monitor competitors' activities and report on market developments.

Requirements

Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a field-based position. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Proficient in IT applications relevant to sales management (e.g., CRM software). Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively with clients. Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships. Ability to work independently while being self-motivated and driven towards achieving targets. Effective time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently.
