Responsibilities

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and address any client concerns promptly.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback using organisational tools.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify new opportunities for growth.
Requirements
Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in English.
Valid driving licence or means of transportation locally.
Customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively.
Proficiency in IT systems, including CRM software, email communication, and basic MS Office applications.
