We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our sales team. In this role, you will cover the South West region focusing on driving the rental of our bottled water coolers into commercial premises by offering free trials and following up with lease agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively contact potential customers and increase awareness of our products through cold calling and lead generation.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide detailed product information to assist in the decision making process.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions and forecasts using our CRM system.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Skills
Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment (experience in the water cooler or related industry is a plus).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
Self-motivated and results driven with a proactive approach to sales.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM software.
Basic salary of 25,584, along with uncapped commission, with OTE 48,984 per annum based on achieving monthly targets.
Our top-performing sales representatives are consistently earning over 100,000 annually.
Use of company vehicle, laptop and mobile phone provided.
