You'll take ownership of your territory -- managing existing customer relationships while actively developing new opportunities. We're looking for someone who is proactive, target-driven, and confident in their ability to close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve and exceed sales targets across the Ulster region
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities
Plan and execute territory visits effectively and efficiently
Provide product knowledge and support to customers as required
Record and report on sales activity, customer feedback, and competitor trends
Represent the company professionally and consistently in the field
What We're Looking For:
Proven sales experience
-- ideally in a field-based role
A consistent track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong self-motivation and ability to manage your own schedule
Full, clean driving licence
Knowledge of the Ulster region and relevant industry sectors is an advantage
