Field Sales Representative

in a territory bursting with potential!

This is your chance to represent a legendary name in professional beauty while building strong, lasting partnerships with salon and spa clients. You'll be out on the field (no two days are the same!), meeting around 8 clients daily and offering expert solutions that help them succeed with our award-winning products.

What You'll Be Doing:

Drive growth

across your territory by hitting monthly & quarterly sales targets

Build strong client relationships

and become their trusted go-to partner

Identify and win new business

, growing your account base

Upsell and cross-sell

across our stunning OPI product portfolio

Inspire and educate

- help clients fall in love with our products through training and demos

Promote loyalty

and make OPI their brand of choice
What We're Looking For:

Someone who

loves sales

and gets excited about smashing targets Previous experience in

direct selling

or

field sales

(B2B preferred)

Excellent communication

and relationship-building skills A confident, proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced role A genuine interest in the

beauty industry

is a big plus!
