, the Southeast of England's leading Domiciliary Optician is keen to appoint a dynamic and motivated

Field Based Marketeer

to join our London team. Our foremost objective is to offer complete eye care to every one of our existing and new customers.

We are expanding our service organically, aiming to inform and provide more people with this great NHS funded Service. We are soon adding Audiology, Wax Removals and a Pharmacy partner which will complement our offering to the most vulnerable in our country.

In this role, you will be responsible for executing marketing strategies in the field, engaging with potential customers, and promoting our brand. With an unrivalled talent for opening doors, you will need to possess interpersonal, negotiating and excellent customer service skills whilst developing a basic knowledge of optometry.

Training will be provided.

No previous optometry experience is needed.

We are looking for a fast learner, with a positive attitude and a person that can work on his/her own.

This position requires excellent time management abilities and proficiency in tools such as Google and Microsoft.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness in the field. Book appointments in our dairy in line with our overall Marketing strategy. Conduct market research to identify and realise new opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders to foster brand loyalty.

Requirements

Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably in a field-based capacity. Proficient in Google Suite (Drive, Dropbox) and Microsoft Office (Word & Excel). Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Keen eye for detail. Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for marketing campaigns. Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team environment. A degree in Marketing or a related field is desirable but not essential.

Pay: 26,000.00-34,000.00 per year
