The Role

We're looking for a

Field Sales Marketing Assistant

to join our growing team.
You'll manage and grow our

Sheltered Home Business

, building strong relationships and supporting our expansion as we scale.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is

Key Responsibilities

Manage and support existing Sheltered Home partnerships Research and contact new Opportunities to grow our client base Coordinate marketing activities and outreach campaigns Maintain accurate records and assist with reports Collaborate with management to meet weekly and monthly growth KPIs Provide exceptional communication and service to our clients

What We're Looking For

Friendly, calm, and reassuring personality Excellent organisational and time management skills Strong written and verbal communication Self-starter who works well independently Detail-oriented and comfortable with admin tasks Confident using computer tools (email, Excel, CRM systems) Experience in healthcare, care, or marketing is an advantage -- not essential
