Field Sales Representatives

to join us across the North West.

The Role

As a Field Sales Representative, you'll engage directly with local businesses, introducing our tailored business support services. This is a flexible role ideal for motivated individuals who thrive on face-to-face interaction, love building relationships, and want to earn based on results.

You'll work independently, managing your time and local territory to uncover leads, present our services, and generate new business.

Key Responsibilities

Canvass local businesses and generate interest in our services Confidently present our solutions and identify business needs Book appointments or close deals directly with decision makers Maintain accurate records of leads, visits, and follow-ups Represent the brand professionally and consistently

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in field sales, door-to-door sales, or B2B lead generation Strong interpersonal and communication skills Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently Professional appearance and a confident, consultative approach Access to a vehicle and smartphone for client visits and reporting Basic knowledge of business services like payroll or bookkeeping (preferred but not essential - training provided)
