What You'll Be Doing

Get out there! Visit existing and potential customers across the North, from small shops to supermarkets and leisure sites. Be the face of FCN Frozen Foods. Promote our frozen food and legendary ice cream range with pride and personality. Build relationships that last. Become a trusted advisor to store managers, buyers, and decision-makers. Campaigns & creativity. Work with suppliers and the wider team to deliver eye-catching sales campaigns. Stay in the know. Learn our product range so you can confidently recommend the right solutions for each customer. Team player vibes. Share ideas and insights, and celebrate wins together.

What We're Looking For

A full UK driving licence (this is a field based role, car provided). Sales experience, ideally B2B, and definitely customer facing. Confident communicator, in person and over the phone. Computer basics, email, orders, CRM etc. Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a good sense of humour (non-negotiable). Organised, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Someone who thrives in a team and believes in doing things the right way.
