About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Field Supervisor to manage and support a team of door-to-door canvassers promoting free cavity wall insulation to eligible households across Manchester. Your key responsibility is ensuring the team is motivated, well-organized, and consistently performing at their best.

This is a lead-from-the-front role that requires someone who can get the team up in the morning, ensure they are on pitch and ready to work, and support them throughout the day until they return in the evening.

Key Responsibilities

Team Management: Ensure all canvassers are up, ready, and on time for their shifts. Transport & Logistics: Assist with coordinating transport to and from work locations. Motivation & Performance: Keep the team engaged, energized, and focused on their daily targets. Quality Control: Monitor pitches and provide guidance to improve performance. Support & Welfare: Be a go-to person for the team, ensuring their well-being and resolving any issues that arise during the day. Daily Reporting: Provide updates on team performance and any challenges faced.
What We're Looking For

Experience in field sales, door-to-door canvassing, or team supervision. Strong leadership skills - able to motivate and manage a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management and organizational skills. A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to lead by example. A valid UK driving licence is essential
