We are looking for experienced salespeople from the home improvements/insulation industry. Do you thrive in a self-employed role where your sales talent is directly rewarded? If you are driven, have a proven track record in selling home improvement services (specifically loft insulation / home improvements.

We are eager to speak to go getters who are self-motivated & thrive in a competitive environment. Previous experience in direct sales is preferred but not essential.

Salary?

Commission is uncapped with a potential to earn up to 30% of the sale price, the more you sell the more you earn. On average our sales surveyors are earning anywhere from 1,500-4,000 per week pretty comfortably.

We are very fair with onboarding and offer a generous 250.00 per week retainer for the first 2 weeks, just to cover fuel/food expenses & give you time build up your sales pipeline. We will then pay you a 1000 bonus on completion of your first 5 sales (installed & paid) - Most of our new starters hit the 5 sales within the first couple of weeks.

The Role Itself

This is an exciting self-employed role with uncapped potential commission earnings. We will aim to provide 2-4 pre-confirmed appointments per day (10-20 per week) in your surrounding postcode areas covering a 50-mile radius from your home postcode. Appointments booked will mainly be warm leads alongside some colds to keep your diary as full as possible.

You will attend these appointments in a professional credible manor, conduct a full property survey of the customers home - Checking the current effectiveness of the existing insulation & identifying any potential issues or areas for improvement. On summary you will then explain the findings to the customer, showing photos of loft & damp readings etc. Then presenting and pitching our products & services on the back of your findings with a very competitive pricing & commission model.

Requirements:

A valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle. Self-motivated and confident in speaking with customers.
