About the role




If you're a leader who inspires others, and an experienced salesperson then this may be the perfect role for you.


You and your team will be selling Aira Air Source Heat Pumps, and you will be responsible for making sure that customer home surveys are carried out effectively and efficiently. You'll do this through close collaboration with your team, proactively delivering training and support, and managing performance. This is a field-based role, and you'll spend the majority of your time with customers and your expert sales team.



From a guaranteed base-salary of 35,000, you will earn commission based on your teams performance. As a start-up company, we know the value of entrepreneurship. We believe that great salespeople should be fairly rewarded, which is why there is no cap on our generous commission structure for you as Team Leader, or your team.

What you will be doing as Team Leader



Taking operational control of your sales team, ensuring they are supported in meeting individual and group targets. You will have overall responsibility for the quality of customer home surveys and customer service of your team. Leading by example with your own customer home surveys, following in-house sales methodology to achieve strong conversion rates and pipeline sales. Implementing tailored performance improvement plans when needed. Delivering specific, accurate technical guidance to your team on all aspects of heat pump installation, regional regulations and standards, and baseline calculations. You will manage team capacity and scheduling, ensuring that we create capacity when customers want to see us. This includes weekends and evenings. Reporting all sales numbers, checking every non viable visit, and ensure we are selling correctly at all times. Ensuring targets are given fairly and achieved each month for your expert sales team, reporting sales numbers and celebrating success. Confirming commission payments with your team, and running onboarding and training session to ensure your expert sales team are always prepared

What you need to have





We will provide all necessary product training at our Aira Academy, however we need you to have the following:

Full UK Driving License - This is a field base role Sales and leadership experience within a field based sales role Confidence working with sales software and CRM systems A passion for sales and smashing targets A problem solving, positive mindset for negotiating and overcoming objections
