THE ROLE

As a Field Sales Team Leader, you'll be out in the field, leading a team whilst engaging directly with potential customers door-to-door in pre-designated areas. You'll work closely with your Field Sales Advisors, bringing EE's top-notch broadband and TV solutions to the community while driving team performance and sales excellence.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Lead and inspire a team of enthusiastic Field Sales Advisors during door-to-door sales activity. Drive the conversion of prospects into satisfied EE customers. Set and achieve individual and team sales targets in your designated area. Represent the EE brand during meetings, delivering engaging presentations. Maintain accurate customer records and provide management with insightful feedback. Foster a positive and motivated team environment while driving toward your goals.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

Eligibility to work in the UK. The ability to travel around the Leicester area. Confidence, resilience, and strong communication skills. Active listening and an understanding of customer needs. Excellent persuasion skills and the ability to build lasting rapport. Data analysis skills to track your team's performance.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

Previous experience in a sales leadership or field sales. A solid understanding of tech products and their benefits.
