Quorum Business Park, Longbenton - NE12 8BU



Salary:

30,000 per annum + performance based bonus paid quarterly

Working hours:

37.5 hours per week, shift pattern between 9am - 8pm Monday-Friday

Holidays:

21 days holidays (increasing to 23 days after 1 years' service) plus bank holidays


We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Team Manager to join our Field Service Planning and Assurance (FSPA) Department. This role is ideal for someone who is ambitious, embraces new challenges, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where continuous learning is key. The successful candidate will manage an inbound call centre team of Field Scheduling Specialists and will report to the Senior FSPA Team Manager.

Responsibilities of FSPA Team Manager:



Responsible for the day to day management of the team including shift scheduling to

ensure enough coverage to meet operational needs.

Supporting & managing the existing teams, floor walking to ensure the team is working

efficiently and the service level is maintained

Performance management, such as regular coaching to ensure employee's

performance, identify performance related issues using reports and dashboards and

develop an improvement action plan

Have regular meetings with the team to communicate expectations, provide updates

and ensure clear communication flow

Call, e-mail and chat monitoring and reporting Manager Call backs / Escalations Provide field planning solutions Set up New Starters Monthly business review with Supervisor


What we're looking for in a FSPA Team Manager:



Experience in team management Excellent communication skills with problem solving attitude Computer skills with good knowledge of MS office, including excel and PowerPoint for

reporting and presentations

Strong organisational and planning skills Ability to multitask effectively whilst keeping a high level of service scheduling quality. Team player who has a genuine interest in helping others Attention to detail and accuracy skills are important Being proactive and target driven Experience using workforce planning / ERP software highly preferable Experience using Oracle Field Service Cloud highly desirable
