Key Responsibilities
Commercial & Financial Administration
Prepare quotations, invoices, and support the business plan development for Field Service.
Monitor and control departmental costs; establish and maintain financial KPIs.
Review and update MPW FS rates and ensure accuracy of monthly accruals.
Liaise with Finance and Operations teams to ensure accuracy in reporting and forecasting.
Field Service Coordination
Assist in planning and execution of field service projects including resource forecasting, visa arrangements, and training coordination.
Maintain and update Planning Check Lists and Pre-Outage Check Summaries.
Collaborate with Human Resources for correct allocation of team hours.
Quality & Safety
Support the Field Service Back-Up Office in implementing and following up on MPW-EU Quality and Safety procedures.
Provide support to Field Service Tooling with QTO, billing, and SNF preparation.
Person Specification
Education & Experience
Vocational Education and Training in Administration (minimum requirement).
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
Experience working with SAP and knowledge of Japanese company culture are advantages.
Technical Skills
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
