We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. Duties

Conduct on-site installations, maintenance, and repairs of equipment and systems. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner. Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure equipment reliability. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Maintain accurate records of service activities, including reports on repairs and maintenance performed. Provide training and support to clients on the proper use of equipment. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance service delivery.

Experience

A degree or equivalent qualification in engineering or a related field is preferred. Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar role within a technical environment. Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems. Excellent diagnostic skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients. A valid driver's licence is essential for travel to various client sites. Experience with customer service is highly desirable.
