The role




We're looking for a

Field Service Engineer

to join our team covering

Northern Ireland

. You'll provide first-line customer support, servicing, and repairing

ticketing equipment

, as well as assisting with installations and managing stock.

Shift Pattern:

Initial training:

Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm




Post-training:

4 days on, 4 days off (7am - 7pm)



How to make an impact



Perform on-site

maintenance and repairs

on ticketing equipment. Diagnose and resolve

basic software issues

using PC tools. Ensure a

first-time fix

approach and deliver excellent

customer service

. Maintain clear communication and escalate major issues as needed. Keep accurate records and manage service calls via the call management system. Handle and maintain company stock and spare parts. Follow

Health & Safety regulations

. Assist with

new equipment installations

and upgrades.

Your background



NVQ Level 2

or equivalent in an electrical field. Experience in

electro-mechanical engineering

, ideally in vending, transport, or similar industries. IT software diagnostics and network experience.

Full UK driving license

. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to stay calm under pressure.
