Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Field Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and maintenance services for our products at client locations. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities

Conduct on-site installations, maintenance, and repairs of equipment and systems. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner. Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance of equipment. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Maintain accurate records of service activities, including reports on repairs, installations, and customer interactions. Provide training and support to clients on the proper use of equipment. Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and best practices in field service engineering.

Qualifications

A degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred. Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar role. Background in Electrical with skills in electrical diagnostics (preferred) Strong technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with clients. A valid driving licence is essential for travel to client sites. Familiarity with relevant software applications and diagnostic tools is advantageous. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
