How could you make an impact?

Maintain, repair and service commercial laundry equipment effectively and efficiently, minimising customer downtime Utilise all the physical and virtual tools at your disposal to deliver excellent first time fix rates and minimise travel Maintain van and van stock to a high standard Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues Escalate customer issues through the correct channels and seek support as required

What we're looking for

Previous electrical/mechanical engineering experience Proven ability to work responsibly unsupervised Investigative approach to fault finding Willingness to learn new technologies Brand ambassador that will be the face of the company A self-starter with lots of enthusiasm Team player Flexibility
