Job Description

We have an opportunity for a Field Service Engineer - BMS to join us at Honeywell, in the South and South West area, where you will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of Building Management Systems (BMS) and related equipment. This includes troubleshooting and problem-solving of complex system issues, as well as providing technical support to clients and other team members. This is a field based role and you will be required to travel and work on client sites.

Install, commission, maintain and repair BMS and related equipment Troubleshoot and diagnose complex system issues and provide technical support to clients and other team members Conduct regular preventative maintenance to ensure systems are operating at optimal performance Work with project managers, engineers, and clients to design and develop customized BMS solutions and spot opportunities for development and improvements Maintain accurate documentation and records of all work completed and provide training and support to clients on the use of BMS systems

Previous experience in BMS installation, maintenance and repair Strong technical knowledge of BMS systems, including hardware and software such as Honeywell Legacy products such as XL5000, C-Bus, knowledge of EBI & Comfort Point Open along with a strong knowledge of Tridium software. Experience in protocols such as BACnet, M-Bus, Modbus. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
