Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, and repairing equipment at client sites, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in various environments.

Duties

On site demonstrations of our products at customer sites. Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment to prevent downtime and ensure reliability. Respond promptly to service requests and provide on-site support for repairs and technical issues. Maintain accurate records of service activities, including reports on repairs, maintenance schedules, and customer interactions. Collaborate with the engineering team to provide feedback on product performance and suggest improvements. Train customers on the proper use and maintenance of equipment to enhance user experience. Travel to various client sites as required, ensuring timely arrival and professional representation of the company.

Skills

Strong technical aptitude with a background in engineering or a related field. Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail. Proficient in diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues effectively. Strong communication skills to interact with clients professionally and clearly explain technical concepts. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations is advantageous. A valid driver's licence is required for travel to client locations.
