We're now looking for a

Field Service Engineer

to join our friendly, hardworking team. Whether you're already experienced with coffee machines or have a background in mechanical or plumbing work, this is a fantastic opportunity to build a rewarding career with full training provided.

The Role

You'll be on the road visiting customer sites across the South West, installing, servicing, and maintaining a range of commercial coffee machines and refreshment systems. You'll be the friendly face of the company, ensuring every client receives excellent service and their equipment runs smoothly.

Occasionally, you may travel further afield for manufacturer training or special projects.

Key Responsibilities

Install, service, and maintain a variety of

coffee machines, vending machines & water systems

Diagnose and resolve mechanical or electrical faults Deliver excellent customer service on every visit Manage your schedule efficiently and keep accurate job records Maintain stock levels and van organisation Support colleagues and share best practice as part of a small, dynamic team

About You

Mechanical, electrical, or plumbing skills would be useful, however not essential as full training will be provided A proactive problem solver who enjoys hands-on work Great communication and customer-service skills Full UK driving licence (essential) Organised, reliable, and comfortable working independently Positive attitude and willingness to learn
