From our Operations Centre in Crawley, West Sussex, Eversys UK Ltd (a subsidiary of Eversys Switzerland), we directly employ a highly skilled team of Field Service Engineers who travel throughout the country to provide maintenance services to our Coffee Machine Customers. We also operate a Customer Service Centre covering both the UK and Ireland, Service Module Remanufacturing Facility with Logistics Support and Warehousing using our team of skilled Operatives based out of our Crawley Site.

We are currently advertising for 1 x field service position to meet continued growing demand for an
Engineer based in the Londonderry/Derry Northern Ireland
Some previous experience in the field of commercial espresso equipment maintenance is preferred, but a general "can-do" attitude is required for the position. Candidates will need to be dexterous, with a technical background, and able to confidently work alone at customer sites. Some IT knowledge would be helpful as our equipment includes advanced communications and programming software. Full training will be provided.
A valid driving license is required for this role. Preferably clean, but up to 6 points considered. Must have a clean criminal record due to enhanced security requirements at travel and other sites.
Responsibilities
Travelling to customer sites and diagnosing faults with hydraulic pipework, wiring looms, interfacing parts, motors, cables etc., and ensuring our manufacturer's standard level of repair.
Installing equipment at customer's sites
Quality checking and adjusting components or assemblies against required specification; for example; calibrating coffee grinders, brewing and hydraulic modules.
Carrying out prescribed preventative maintenance including water filter changes and PSSR tests.
As a customer facing position, good manners and a friendly outlook is required.
Ability to follow defined procedures and processes specified during training.
Days & Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:30.
