We're looking for a motivated

Field Service Engineer

to carry out in-home repairs, installations and servicing of gym equipment around the

Northern border of the country

. You'll play a vital part in keeping customers' treadmills, cross trainers, rowers and exercise bikes in top condition, helping them stay active and healthy.

This role is ideal for someone with hands-on technical experience who enjoys working independently, solving problems, and delivering excellent customer service.

What You'll Be Doing

Travelling across

the North of the country and into Scotland

to visit customers' homes and workplaces, carrying out repairs, services and installations of gym equipment. Diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical issues quickly and effectively. Completing safety checks to ensure all work meets company and industry standards. Communicating clearly and professionally with customers, always maintaining a helpful, solutions-focused attitude. Providing friendly advice on safe use and maintenance of gym machines. Keeping accurate records of all visits, parts used and feedback. Managing van stock and coordinating with warehouse and parts teams as needed. Reporting any recurring product or safety issues to the technical team.
What We're Looking For

Previous experience in field servicing, repair or maintenance - ideally with mechanical or electrical equipment. A practical mindset with excellent problem-solving ability. Strong communication and customer service skills. Able to manage your own workload and plan routes efficiently. Comfortable using digital tools for job tracking and reporting. Full UK driving licence and a clean, professional approach to work.
Experience with

gym or fitness equipment

would be a great advantage, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.
