Job description

Reason for hire

Due to the continued expansion of Sports & Playground Services UK it has been identified that a technician is required to provide excellent service to our customers. We are seeking a Field Service Engineer to join our growing team. Experience is preferred but not essential as we can provide a personalised training plan for the right candidate looking to start their career in the industry.

The role will be predominately remote working in the M62 corridor and the surrounding areas. Providing servicing, maintenance and repair of indoor and outdoor sports equipment. Please note the role does require working away from home on occasions.

You must be presentable with great customer service skills, have the ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a field based team. You will be efficient and organised in your work, have reasonable computer skills and be willing to learn. A friendly and flexible outlook with a willingness to go the extra mile for the team and our customers is key to being successful in this role.

A full clean driving license is required and you will need to be prepared to undertake a fully enhanced DBS check
