Working as a mobile field service engineer in the Midlands area and beyond, when required, you will be carrying out repairs, scheduled maintenance and installations on a variety of cash handling machinery for blue chip companies.
You will not only have excellent mechanical and computing skills but also the ability to engage with customers face to face in a professional and polite manner, delivering first class customer service.
The ability to work productively and efficiently on your own initiative in a sometimes-high pressure environment is a must.
You will be expected to meet industry leading KPI's and SLA's, which are reviewed on a regular basis.
An engineering qualification and previous experience in a field service role is highly desired, experience on cash handling equipment will be an advantage, that said this role would also be a great opportunity for a graduate.
You will be part of a regional service team and more widely a network of UK service engineers.
The role is full time Monday to Friday with the potential for weekend cover if required.
