What's the role about?
As a
Field Service Engineer
at Grundfos, you'll be at the forefront of maintaining, repairing, and servicing our industry-leading pump systems. Whether working independently or as part of a team, you'll ensure our customers receive timely, professional support that keeps their systems running smoothly.
You'll be responsible for:
Programing and optimizing our products to the customers' requirements.
Disassembling, inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing pump systems
Advising customers on system improvements and preventative solutions
Handling service and warranty matters, with support from technical teams
Preparing and submitting detailed service reports
Supporting installations and commissioning projects
Executing maintenance services under SLAs
Providing feedback and input for repair quotations
Continuously developing your technical skills and mastering service tools
Promoting safety through hazard awareness and risk assessments
What do you need to apply?
We're looking for someone with:
Industry experience or a similar technical environment
Strong knowledge of pump technology
Technical education in electrical or mechanical engineering
Experience with diesel engines (desirable)
A proactive, adaptable mindset with strong time management
Excellent communication skills with customers and internal teams
A customer-first attitude and a drive for continuous improvement
Digital literacy and familiarity with service tools and systems
You'll act as a trusted advisor to both internal stakeholders and external customers, helping to deliver outstanding service and support.
