As a Field Service Engineer for Beckman Coulter Life Science you will be responsible for providing high-quality onsite customer support and represent the face of the company to our customers.
Conducting routine maintenance, installation, and repair of Beckman Coulter products at customer sites, including calibration, and mechanical and electrical testing, in accordance with maintenance contracts and production of Installation/Operation Quality documents.
Diagnosing system failures and determines the most cost-effective solution and escalating complex issues to a greater level of technical support or quality reporting system.
Reporting to the Field Service Supervisor, this role is instrumental in providing a high level of customer support, requiring close interaction and good working relationships with both our customers and colleagues in the Leeds / Manchesterregion, with travel to other regions as required.
