Field Service Engineer

Located around the M62 Corridor, United Kingdom

Your Tasks

Carry out customer visits assigned by the Service Administration team, including the scheduling and customer communication Performing a variety of calibrations on a range of manufacturers material test equipment to UKAS standards Providing installation, maintenance, training and calibration services to customers on their MTS systems Preparation of visit, calibration, installation and service reports with a keen eye for detail Supporting the Sales and Operations departments Ensuring compliance with the quality system, health and workplace safety regulations, legal regulations, CE requirements, as well as internal, technical guidelines to prevent health and financial risk Maintaining costs within budget

Your Qualifications

Degree or similar in electrical or mechanical engineering Calibration experience in a similar environment Experience in customer support and field service Knowledge and understanding of hydraulic and electro-mechanical systems Excellent written and spoken communication skills Clean driving license Willingness to travel, be flexible and work independently as well as a team player A friendly, approachable, customer-centric attitude and approach
