About the Role

We are recruiting for a growing door systems specialist, seeking a skilled

Service Engineer

to join their Greater London team. You'll be supporting commercial and industrial clients by carrying out installation, maintenance, and repairs of

automatic and industrial doors

.

This is a varied field-based position with long-term development opportunities and a strong support network.

Key Duties

Service, repair, and install automatic door systems (sliding, swing, folding, revolving) Carry out work on shutters, sectional doors, and roller doors Diagnose faults and recommend cost-effective repairs Respond to occasional emergency callouts Ensure all work is logged using a digital reporting system (iPad provided) Follow health and safety procedures and maintain a professional standard on-site Participate in an on-call rota (approx. 1 in every 5-6 weeks)

Required Skills & Experience

At least 2 years of experience working with automatic doors BS EN16005 or BS7036 certification Valid UK driving licence Basic IT literacy (for digital job reporting) Strong fault-finding skills

Desirable Qualifications

Experience with industrial doors is an advantage ADSA, IPAF, PASMA, DHF, or CSCS certification Familiarity with shutters, sectional doors, and fire doors
