The Field Service Engineer (FSE) will be responsible for the commissioning, maintenance and repair of AC Chargers, Rapid DC, Ultra and High-Power Charging (HPC) EV Chargers across sites in the UK.
This role requires hands-on technical expertise, problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in the field. You will ensure that all EV charging stations operate at peak performance and meet the high standards of our company and clients.
This role will require someone who is comfortable working in various environments, including outdoor sites and confined spaces. Occasional travel and overnight stays will be required.

Essential:
Level 3 Electro-technical qualification.
Familiarity with basic test and measurement equipment such as multimeters and voltage testers.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and repair complex technical issues.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while travelling between client sites.
Valid UK driving licence.
Desirable:
Electrical certifications - 18th Edition Wiring Regulations and G&G 2391/2394 Testing and Inspection.
Previous experience in a field service role, preferably in the EV charging, renewable energy or power electronics sectors.
EV charging station certification or manufacturer-specific training is a plus.
