To support our rapid growth whilst continuing to meet the needs of our customers, we're on the lookout for a talented and reliable Field Service Engineer to join our dedicated team.

About the Role:

As our Field Service Engineer, you'll be delivering planned and reactive maintenance services to marine vessels and land-based power systems, mainly across the South Coast of England.

Your responsibilities will include:

Performing scheduled servicing and maintenance on marine engines and generators. Installation of replacement components and minor repairs. Fault finding - Diagnostics assessments and troubleshooting. Parts and consumables ordering & stock management. Completing detailed and accurate job service reports. Supporting senior engineers with larger projects.

Who We're Looking For:

You're an enthusiastic and skilled engineer with proven practical experience in mechanical, electrical, or marine engineering; as well as a passion for delivering great service.

The successful candidate will bring:

Proven experience as a mechanical field service engineer/technician: 3-5 years Experience with marine engines and generators is desirable, but applicants from other technical and automotive backgrounds are welcome to apply Ability to work independently and autonomously Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills Willingness to travel throughout the UK (primarily South West England) and occasionally Europe Excellent customer service and communication skills Full UK driving licence (essential)
