Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional on-site support and maintenance for our range of equipment and systems. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work independently in various environments. The Field Service Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through timely service and effective solutions.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair equipment at customer sites, ensuring optimal performance. Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment to minimise downtime. Troubleshoot technical issues, providing effective solutions in a timely manner. Liaise with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service. Document all service activities accurately in reports for internal records. Collaborate with the engineering team to improve product designs based on field feedback. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

A degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering or a related field is preferred. Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar role is advantageous. Strong technical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with customers. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently while adhering to deadlines. A valid driving licence is required for travel to various sites. Familiarity with health and safety regulations is desirable.

Pay: 37,000.00-38,000.00 per year
