Are you a Mechanical Engineer or similar from a Plant or Agricultural background, looking for an exciting and engaging role that will provide ample optional overtime, extensive training and direct progression into a supervisory position?

In this highly autonomous role you will be operating across the Highland area as you work to maintain and service a range of plant equipment at customers locations, along with helping the service supervisor manage the engineering team and deputizing when necessary. There will be hands on training on company specifics tools and equipment and people management training for those who require it.

This role would suit a Mechanical Engineer or similar from a Plant or Agricultural background looking to step into a supervisory role at a company providing ample optional overtime and training.

The Role:

• Field service maintaining and servicing plant and agricultural equipment
• Aid the Supervisor in managing the team and delegating work
• Mentor apprentice engineers
• Monday to Friday, 8.30am \xe2\x80\x93 5pm, 39 hours
• Overtime paid at 1.5 for the first 4 hours and x2 after this

The Person:

• Mechanical Engineer or similar
• Plant or Agricultural background
