Are you looking for your next challenge and an opportunity to make a real impact? We are excited to announce an opening for a Field Service Engineer to join our team, supporting customers across the Highlands and when needed, the wider Scotland region.
About the Role:
As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering efficient and effective repair services to our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-quality repair and maintenance services
- Provide first line IT support
- Communicating effectively with customers, peers, and management
- Completing all administrative duties accurately and on time
- Undertaking relevant technical and product training
- Maintaining company property to a high standard
- Full driver's licence
- Experience in a similar engineering role
- HND (or HNC with relevant experience) or equivalent in electronic and mechanical engineering
- Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic principles
- Exceptional fault-finding skills
- Ability to read and understand technical diagrams
- Strong customer focus and a drive to exceed expectations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility and willingness to travel - support across the UK, Ireland, and Northern Ireland may be required
- Good working knowledge of MS Windows and general MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
