We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and maintenance services to our clients on-site. Duties

Conduct installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment at customer locations. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner. Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure equipment reliability. Document service activities and maintain accurate records of work performed. Collaborate with internal teams to improve product performance and customer satisfaction. Provide training and support to customers on the proper use of equipment. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices relevant to the role.

Experience

Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or in a similar technical role is preferred. Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently while travelling to various sites. A valid driving licence is essential for this position.
