BTMS (UK) Ltd are a long established garage equipment supplier based near Grantham in Lincolnshire.

We are looking for a field service engineer to be an integral part of our team for the repair and service of Tyre Changing and Wheel Balancing equipment.

We have a requirement for engineers based to cover Northwest of England, Lancashire, Yorkshire, North Wales along with other areas if required. The role with be based from home and involve traveling to customers premises daily.

The job involves servicing and calibrating equipment along with diagnosing and fixing problems that are reported, strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills are essential.

Ideally previous experience servicing and repairing garage equipment would be highly beneficial but not necessary along with experience in proactive and reactive maintenance, however having a background in pneumatic / mechanical & electrical engineering will be required.

Our engineers are required to be flexible as most of our work is in response to customer breakdowns.

Good communication is essential for liaising with our operations team and the customer when required.

All jobs are assigned through a tablet job management system for which job reports are required to be submitted and parts allocated.

Excellent attention to detail is required along with ensuring all the correct processes are followed.

All training, tools, work wear, tablet, mobile phone along with a fully stocked van of parts and tools will be provided.

Overtime to be worked when required, along with availability for Saturday mornings.

Salary dependent on experience and overtime
