What You'll Do



In this exciting and varied role, you'll be the face of ENVEA, delivering expert service and support to customers in your allocated region. Your responsibilities will include:


On-Site Expertise

: Repair, commission, calibrate, and fault-find (to board level) ENVEA's state-of-the-art equipment at industrial sites.

Customer Training

: Help customers maximise the potential of their systems with training on functionality and maintenance.

Problem-Solving

: Diagnose technical issues and provide clear solutions, becoming a trusted advisor to our clients.

Feedback and Collaboration

: Share your field insights with our internal teams to drive product improvements and future innovations.

Documentation

: Accurately maintain service records and ensure timely completion of reports.

What We're Looking For



We're seeking someone who combines technical expertise with a passion for customer service. Our ideal candidate has:


A

degree, HND, or equivalent

in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering. Experience in

electronics

, ideally within instrumentation or an industrial environment. Previous

field service

experience (a plus). Knowledge of

gas analysers or particulate emission monitors

(advantageous but not essential). Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. A

full UK driving licence

(held for at least three years).
