This role involves a combination of maintenance, repairs, and installations, requiring strong electromechanical expertise and a focus on water hygiene, health & safety, and electrical regulations. As part of our installation team, you will receive full product training and ongoing support to ensure high standards of service.
Main Duties:
Maintenance & Repair:
Conduct maintenance and repair works for water treatment systems, commercial jet washes, pumps, motors, pumping stations, and tanks, adhering to water hygiene and H&S standards.
Reactive Fault-Finding:
Attend to reactive works, including fault diagnostics, water treatment tasks, and responding to customer service inquiries promptly.
System Installations:
Install new and replacement water treatment systems, ensuring accurate pipework and electrical knowledge are applied. Training will be provided for system installations.
Confined Space Works:
Occasionally perform confined space work for tank inspections, repairs, and pump maintenance as needed.
Customer Service:
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring service satisfaction with quality installations and maintenance work.
Travel & Flexibility:
The role involves travel to sites within a region. Daily travel of 2+ hours may be required, with occasional overnight stays.
Key Requirements:
Full UK Driving License:
A clean, valid UK driving license is essential for this role.
Electromechanical Experience:
You must have experience working with
3-phase pumps/motors
and
pipework up to 4"
. A good understanding of control panels on single-phase and 3-phase systems is required.
Experience in Water Treatment Systems:
Background in water treatment (such as sewage or vehicle wash systems) or similar systems will be beneficial.
