About the Role

The Dog Wash Company is the UK's leading supplier and operator of self-service dog wash machines nationwide. As demand continues to grow, we are looking for a reliable and hands-on Field Service & Installation Technician to help maintain and install our machines across the country.

This is a varied and mobile role that involves visiting multiple sites per day, carrying out servicing, repairs, machine cleaning and occasional installation support. No two days are the same.

You will report to our Bournemouth HQ once a week to restock parts, collect materials and meet with management. A fully equipped company van, tools, uniform and fuel card are provided.

Key Responsibilities

Service, maintain and clean machines across multiple UK locations Carry out fault diagnosis and repairs efficiently Support new machine installations when required Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance Record all work completed using our digital system Communicate professionally with site managers and customers Maintain van, tools and stock inventory

What We're Looking For

Full clean UK driving licence (essential) Practical, hands-on mindset with good problem-solving skills Basic plumbing/mechanical ability preferred (training provided) Able to work independently, manage time well and stay organised Good communication skills and positive customer-facing approach Comfortable with nationwide travel and overnight stays when required
