Field Service Pump Engineer
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Pump Engineer to join our team based in Leeds but cover sites nationwide. The experienced Service Engineer will be responsible for all aspects of servicing and repairing pumped drainage products such as wastewater pumping stations, packaged pump systems, water booster sets and all other related equipment. The Pump/Service Engineer will require mechanical and electrical knowledge and previous pump experience. You will work in a field service capacity, covering various sites servicing and maintaining pumps.
It will be expected that the successful Pump/Service Engineer has at least 2 years' experience in a pump servicing role and will be able to work with little to no supervision.
Must have full UK driving license.
Salary is Negotiable depending on experience.
Main Responsibilities
Service and Maintenance role working on booster sets, pump stations, sewage treatment plants. Carrying out repairs and assessments both onsite and in the workshop.
Installation of pumps and pipe works.
Jetting, cleaning and camera of drains.
An ability to write clear and concise job reports along with completing forms.
A valid clean UK Driving License is required.
Qualifications in mechanical and electrical advantaged.
Proven ability to fault find in a range of demanding environments.
Will be required to work in low/medium risk confined spaces (full training will be provided)
