Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment at various client locations. as well as spending time in our workshop repairing equipment. The ideal candidate will possess technical skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work independently in diverse environments.

Duties

Conduct on-site installations and repairs of equipment according to specifications and safety standards. Perform routine maintenance checks and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance of machinery. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries and concerns promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate records of service activities, including reports on repairs performed and parts used. Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex issues that may arise during service calls. Ensure all tools and equipment are kept in good working condition and adhere to health and safety regulations.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Field Service Technician or in a similar technical role is preferred. Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose faults effectively. Ability to work independently while managing time efficiently across multiple service calls. Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. A valid driving licence is essential for travelling to various job sites. Flexibility to work outside regular hours as needed for urgent service requests.
