Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Field Service Technician to join our team in the United Kingdom. Based in Coventry, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients by providing expert on-site service and maintenance for our advanced bending machinery. Your work will directly contribute to ensuring our equipment operates at peak performance, reinforcing our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

Install, commission, and maintain specialised tube and pipe bending equipment at client sites. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions to minimise downtime. Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on machinery. Provide technical support and training to clients on equipment operation. Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Document service activities accurately and report on equipment performance. Stay updated with product knowledge and industry developments.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a field service technician or similar role within manufacturing or industrial machinery. Strong technical knowledge of CNC systems and manual machinery related to tube and pipe bending. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Good communication skills with the ability to train clients effectively. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently within the UK. Relevant technical certifications or qualifications are preferred.
