Job Description

We are looking for someone technically minded to join our growing company as a field technician in the install, service and maintenance of Nurse call-bell systems, door access control, paging, and CCTV.

Full training will be given, a college basic electrical 5 day course will be necessary if no qualification exists.

The successful candidate will receive a well-stocked van to work from and will be based from their home address.

To cover a large area they live. You will work normally 8 hour days which can be flexible, but will be required to be on standby pro-rata, for call-outs to meet customers 4hr reactive times, 24/7, extra payment will be given for this.

Some weekend work with standby and working away from home is also essential.

The successful candidate therefore must be flexible and acceptable to out of hour calls.

Although we are not asking that you have any qualification in this sector, we do require the applicant to have skills in tool handling i.e. drills screwdrivers etc. and have good English, literate and have a good understanding of computing and computers.

Applicant must be eligible to work in the UK not on a work visa, and have an almost clean UK driving license, and clean DBS check which will be required before start of employment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From 31,361.40 per year
