The Role

We're hiring an Entry-Level Field Service Technician to join our London operations team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys moving around the city, working independently, and solving problems hands-on. You'll be travelling daily to residential high-rises across London to service and support our digital displays.

You'll also spend time at our storage facility once a week preparing displays for upcoming installations -- helping ensure everything is ready to go for our install teams.

Key Responsibilities

Receive and follow a daily schedule of site visits and service tickets

Travel to sites across London via public transport

Sign in on arrival and gain access to digital displays

Investigate and resolve common hardware and software issues

Report back to the support desk for updates, guidance, and fault confirmation

Use small tools and equipment safely and effectively

Visit the storage facility once a week to prepare display units for upcoming installations

Keep accurate records of work completed and escalate unresolved issues when needed

Maintain a professional and courteous presence on site

What We're Looking For

No previous experience required -- full training will be provided

Strong work ethic and a proactive, problem-solving mindset

Comfortable navigating London via public transport

Basic understanding of IT or electronics is beneficial but not essential

Good communication skills and attention to detail

A friendly and professional approach when dealing with clients and site staff

Must be physically capable of carrying tools and accessing equipment safely
