Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine performance verification and preventative maintenance
Install and commission new equipment
Rectify breakdowns efficiently
Promote audits, calibrations, and validation activities
Adhere to KPIs and complete all administrative tasks promptly
Travel regularly to customer sites, including occasional visits to Leicester
Maintain and manage stock responsibly
What You Need to Succeed
Experience in a customer-facing service environment: You should be comfortable interacting directly with customers, understanding their needs, troubleshooting issues on-site, and providing clear, professional communication. This includes managing customer expectations and ensuring a positive service experience.
Technical proficiency in electrical, electronic, and mechanical engineering: A solid understanding and hands-on experience with electrical circuits, electronic components, and mechanical systems are essential. You should be capable of diagnosing faults, performing repairs, and executing maintenance tasks effectively across these technical domains.
